AI Use Disclaimer

AI-ReadyX may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools as part of the creative or editing process, including but not limited to image culling, copy editing, design enhancement, or content generation. When services are provided, AI-ReadyX affirms that the final deliverables are human-directed, reviewed, and finalized, and remain the intellectual property of AI-ReadyX unless otherwise assigned under said Areement. Use of AI tools does not alter AI-ReadyX’s ownership of the deliverables, nor does it grant Client any additional rights beyond those expressly stated in the Agreement.

AI Content Protection

Client(s) may not input, upload, or otherwise provide AI-ReadyX's proprietary materials, including but not limited to course content, frameworks, templates, worksheets, methodologies, and recordings, into any artificial intelligence tools, machine learning systems, or automated content generation technology for the purpose of reproducing, repackaging, or creating derivative works based on AI-ReadyX's content. Client(s) may not use AI-ReadyX's materials to train AI models, language learning models, or similar systems. Client(s) may not use AI tools to generate content that replicates, imitates, or is substantially based on AI-ReadyX's proprietary frameworks or methodologies for commercial use. Any use of AI-ReadyX's materials with AI tools beyond Client's own personal learning and implementation requires AI-ReadyX's express written permission.
