Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Last Updated: August 16, 2026, AI-ReadyX is a trade name of The Murriell Group, LLC ("AI-ReadyX," "we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and want you to understand what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you.

This Privacy Policy applies when you visit aireadyx.com, use an AI-ReadyX subdomain or landing page, complete an AI-ReadyX assessment, subscribe to communications, request or purchase a product or service, register for a program, or otherwise interact with us online or offline. Together, these interactions are called the "Services."

This policy does not replace a contract-specific privacy notice. If we process personal information solely for an organizational customer, that organization’s privacy notice may also apply.

You are not required to provide optional personal information. If you do not provide information needed for a requested product, assessment, event, or service, we might be unable to fulfill that request.

  • Inquiry and communication information, including messages, questions, support requests, consultation details, and correspondence.

  • Marketing preferences, including subscriptions, interests, consent records, email engagement, and unsubscribe status.

  • Transaction and service information, such as products or services requested or purchased, order status, contract details, and billing information.

  • Event and program information, such as registration, attendance, participation, survey responses, questions, and recordings when notice is provided.

  • Any other information you choose to provide to us.

Information collected automatically

  • When you use the Services, we and our service providers may collect technical and activity information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links selected, approximate location derived from an IP address, timestamps, session information, and cookie or similar identifiers.

Information from other sources

  • We may receive information from service providers, payment and scheduling platforms, event partners, an organization sponsoring your participation, publicly available professional sources, or another person who refers you to us. We may combine this information with information we already maintain when permitted by law.

INFORMATION SAFEGUARDS

Sensitive and confidential information

  • Our public websites, forms, and assessments are not designed to collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, account passwords, medical information, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, or other sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it and provide an appropriate notice.

  • Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, procurement-sensitive information, trade secrets, attorney-client privileged material, protected health information, confidential employer information, or another person’s personal information through a public AI-ReadyX form or assessment.

How We Use Personal Information

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our websites and Services.

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate about requested products, programs, assessments, speaking services, consulting, and support.

  • Administer assessments, calculate scores, assign readiness tiers, generate feedback, and deliver reports or recommended next steps.

  • Register participants and deliver workshops, webinars, courses, events, publications, downloads, and other resources.

  • Process transactions, manage contracts, maintain records, and provide customer service.

  • Send newsletters, resources, event announcements, and promotional communications when you have requested them or when otherwise permitted by law.

  • Understand engagement, measure performance, analyze trends, and improve content, products, and services.

  • Create aggregated or deidentified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.

  • Protect our rights, intellectual property, systems, users, and business; detect misuse or fraud; and enforce our terms.

  • Comply with legal obligations, lawful requests, and accounting, tax, audit, and recordkeeping requirements.

ASSESSMENT PROCESSING

Assessments, Automated Scoring, and AI-Assisted Processing

  • AI-ReadyX readiness assessments are designed for education, reflection, leadership development, and organizational readiness planning. Your submitted answers may be processed automatically to calculate category scores, assign a readiness tier, and deliver feedback. An individual result is not necessarily reviewed by a person before it is delivered.

  • We do not use an AI-ReadyX readiness assessment to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, education enrollment, criminal justice, or access to basic necessities.

  • We do not provide individually identifiable assessment answers or scores to a sponsoring employer or organization. We may provide aggregate or deidentified group results.

  • Recommended commitment: AI-ReadyX does not use identifiable participant responses to train a general-purpose AI model and does not authorize service providers to use the responses for unrelated model training.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember choices, understand website use, protect security, and, if enabled, measure or personalize communications and advertising.

Cookies used through the Services may include:

  • Essential cookies needed for security, navigation, forms, and core website functions.

  • Preference cookies that remember settings and choices.

  • Analytics cookies that help us understand visits, page use, and performance.

  • Advertising or social-media technologies, but only if AI-ReadyX enables them and provides choices required by law.

You can control cookies through the cookie banner, available cookie settings, and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functions. Deleting cookies does not prevent new cookies from being placed during a later visit.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

  • Some browsers provide a Do Not Track signal. Because there is no single industry standard governing all Do Not Track signals, our Services may not respond to those signals.

How We Disclose Personal Information

  • We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their independent use except as described in this policy, at the point of collection, with your direction or permission, or as required by law.

Service providers

  • We disclose personal information to companies that perform services for us, such as website hosting, forms, CRM, assessments, email delivery, analytics, scheduling, payment processing, video or event hosting, file storage, professional support, and security. Current core platforms include Squarespace for website services and HighLevel for CRM, forms, assessments, communications, and automation. These providers process information under their terms and contractual obligations.

Organizational customers and program sponsors

  • If an organization sponsors or purchases a program, we may provide registration, attendance, or program administration information necessary to deliver it. We will provide a specific notice before disclosing individually identifiable assessment answers or scores to a sponsor.

Professional advisers and contractors

  • We may disclose information to authorized employees, contractors, accountants, attorneys, consultants, and other advisers who need it to perform services or protect our legal interests and who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Legal, safety, and rights protection

  • We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process; is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property; supports an investigation of fraud or misuse; or helps enforce an agreement.

Business transactions

  • Information may be reviewed or transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality and notice requirements.

ADVERTISING, PAYMENTS & MARKETING

Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

  • AI-ReadyX does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

  • AI-ReadyX does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not process personal information for targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable state privacy laws.

  • Disclosing information to a service provider that processes it on our behalf is not treated as a sale under many privacy laws. Definitions vary by jurisdiction, so we review advertising and analytics practices when our tools change.

Purchases and Payment Processing

  • When you make a purchase, a third-party payment processor may collect payment card and billing information. AI-ReadyX may receive transaction details such as your name, billing contact information, product or service purchased, amount, payment status, and limited card information such as the card type or last four digits. We do not intend to store complete payment card numbers in AI-ReadyX systems.

Marketing Communications

  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by selecting the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us. We will process the request within the period required by law. We may retain a limited suppression record so we do not send marketing messages after you opt out.

  • Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may send nonpromotional messages about a transaction, assessment, registration, contract, security matter, legal notice, or other requested service.

  • We do not send promotional text messages unless you provide any consent required by law. You can revoke text-message consent using the method stated in the message or another reasonable method.

RETENTION, SECURITY & TRANSFERS

Data Retention

  • We retain personal information for no longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide requested Services, maintain business and financial records, administer assessments and programs, honor marketing choices, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and comply with legal obligations.

  • We consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information; the risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure; the purposes of processing; whether the purpose can be achieved another way; contractual requirements; and applicable legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping periods.

  • When retention is no longer necessary, we take reasonable steps to delete, deidentify, or securely isolate the information. Backup copies may remain for a limited period and will be protected from routine use until overwritten or deleted.

Data Security

  • We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information in light of its nature and our business operations. We also rely on service providers to maintain safeguards appropriate to the services they provide.

  • No method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us promptly using the information below.

International Data Processing

  • AI-ReadyX is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy protections may differ from those in your location. When applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we use an approved legal mechanism or rely on an appropriate service-provider mechanism.
